Wonderful Location Positive: Great location, comfortable beds, friendly and responsive staff

Oxford street family trip Positive: Location was excellent. Having washing and cooking facilities with new appliances was good. Several portable fans assisted on the warm nights. Excellent communication provided with any issues we encountered. Negative: The little details need to be recitified. No tea towel, no tissues, no dish cloth, only one key fob provided which was fixed. We also had access issues when arriving slightly early.

Location is amazing in this apartment! Comfy beds, hot shower, big fluffy towels. Easy access. Hyde Park just down the street. Many restaurants with local vibe nearby. Nothing luxurious but everything you might need including a washer/dryer combo. Gavi will do anything to make your stay perfect. Only negative issue is no living area. There is a couch in one of the bedrooms. Also, no dining table. There are stools in kitchen and they are quite useful. We ate most meals out so not a big issue for us. Currently there is construction across the street so noise starts at 7 am and ends around 5 pm Mon-Fri. It is going to be a beautiful park space when complete. We were out by 9 am daily so only an issue for a few hours. If you want a perfect location in London, I highly recommend this apartment.

I spent a week at the apartment for holiday; it is very well located in London city center. The apartment itself needs some renovations but it was clean. The kitchen is very well equipped. The apartment does not have a living area; it is 2 bedrooms only plus kitchen and bathroom, so it should be offered for a much less price given the apartment conditions. The house manager, Gavi, was very helpful and responsive.

Absolutely loved staying here. The location is spectacular and quiet. Very convenient to the tube, dining… and everything, really. It is on the third floor, so be mindful of that if stairs are an issue. The apartment was very clean and well maintained. It had everything we needed and more. There were four of us and we all slept comfortably and did not feel crowded. The host was incredibly responsive and easy to communicate with (quick replies to messages). If you’re looking for a great place to call home for a few days in London, this place is a very good option!
